However, what I received was far from my expectations: a kind of chicken in sauce or stew, neither fried nor roasted, that fell apart easily and was completely lacking in spice. Neither the flavor, nor the texture, nor the presentation were close to what I expected, much less what I paid. I feel deeply frustrated, as it is not just food; It is the effort and money that one works hard to enjoy a good meal. It is truly outrageous to waste time and, above all, money on such a poor experience. Honestly, in other times I would demand severe consequences for whoever prepared such a disgusting dish. Wasting my time, my money and causing embarrassment to your colleagues and bosses is unacceptable. This experience has not only destroyed my confidence in the quality of the restaurant, but has also called the restaurant's reputation into question. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."
