"Food is tasty and fresh, and nice environment, but service in not proactive. The staff tend to wait behind the counter and don’t actively check in on tables such as to replenish drinks, ask if we need anything. Also, we weren’t advised the feed me menu wasn’t available at the time of booking, only once we’d arrived on the day and without apology. That’s not a good way to build customer loyalty"
