"This restaurant has terrible customer service. I checked online and it said pick up orders would be ready in 10-15 minutes. When I called to confirm, the person said it would be 15 minutes. However, when we arrived to pick up our order, they refused to communicate with us. I would have been fine waiting if they had given me an accurate time estimate. After waiting for an hour with no progress, we decided to leave. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had."

"The good:There are so many sushi options in LA but I chose the 1st one that popped up on my Doordash list when I typed sushi. I wasn't disappointed! I had a shrimp tempura crunch roll, edamame and a soft shell crab roll. I also tried the dragon roll (eel) and pickled radish roll. I liked how many options I had for non-raw fish rolls (I'm pregnant so I am avoiding raw fish but cannot get myself to avoid sushi altogether because I have such a craving for it). The rolls were huge! I normally can finish 2 rolls but I was only able to finish 1.5 here. Everything tasted great and was nicely presented. The specialty rolls didn't fall apart and weren't overly doused in sauces. I felt so full after my meal here.The bad:I think the rolls could use slightly less rice. I think this was partly why I got full faster. My least favorite was the pickled radish roll because it was pretty strong.The interesting:They're only opened during the evenings on weekends."
