"I live less than half a mile from this place and I used to walk there when I had friends over a few times a week during the winter. I have returned twice in the last couple of weeks since I have been back in town and they now have a very strict 1 drink per hour policy and they keep close track of when you had your last drink. The food and service are marginal at best so if you are not mormon and would like to go watch a game and have drinks with friends you will sorely disappointed. There are 50 restaurants in the area that have better food and service."

"Was not a fan of Village Road House at all. I took my family there for dinner. 2 adults and 2 children. The staff was very slow with bringing out drinks, taking orders or giving any of the attention customers normally receive when walking into restaurant. When the food finally came out, the chicken was cold. the food was less than desirable. want honesty? ask a child. Took FOREVER to get the check and then took FOREVER to pay the bill. Then took FOREVER to get the check back to sign and leave. … – show"
