"I remember going to ruths chris when I was younger and I had some unforgettable experiences. my steak was excellent and also our server. I mention the next bit, ruths chris can not dare or bring someone into difficult things, but in the hope that the restaurant can recover some of what could have been made last night to an unforgettable experience. 1. the music was loud as sports bar levels. I could not hear our server and I have an excellent listening. our server was very committed to our request and agreed to us. our reservation was at 6, so I suppose everyone was before us to hear the blow. 2. Our lobster mac cheese was best lukewarm. we took it home to heat it up. 3. the battery operated candles looked cheap. can we not have real candles for this $300 culinary experience? 4. this is small, but it was visible, accumulated dust on the lampshades and sprinkler heads. they see the little dinge as an indicator of how passionate people are about providing a good service in a top restaurant of the line. our server was friendly and very attentive to us.
