"the panera brot on the n. university in ann arbor, mi was disgusting. I ordered a big drink as I do it daily. there was a bit of a line on the self-serving soaking zone. when I stabbed to see what the last was, there came in from M students and from the back door and from their tables. they fill their personal used water bottles and any type of container with drinks from the well area. I also noticed that a street person does the same. that is very careless. also, while I pay for my drinks, others fill out for free. three beverage containers were low to near empty, the floor was wet and sticky, and there were no lids on the cups on storage. Hopefully, changes are made before someone gets sick from others."

"Severely disappointed. I've been a longtime customer and have really liked the Greeley location. Lately, I've noticed a marked decline in value and service. I spent $17 on a sandwich that was smaller than a 1oz bag of chips, the customization was wrong (no condiments at all), and the meat was dry. I don't have much time for lunch, so I placed a rapid pickup order, but when I arrived, the cart was behind the counter, and it took FOREVER to get someone to even acknowledge me.For the absurd price, this is absolutely, ABSOLUTELY not worth it.I will never eat here again."

"I lost track how many different Panera's I have visited over the last 2 years traveling. Probably 60 or more. This is an excellent location. Conveniently located, plenty of parking. Lots of tables and room. Some tables have outlets and the internet speed is phenomenal! Great help when you try to do some work. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Food was great. "I visited Panera today to purchase pastries for the NICU nurses at Florida Hospital Tampa. The catering manager was not there, but a business manager took care of us and was extremely helpful and friendly! Ordering and receiving the pastries was straightforward, and we were impressed by the assortment and packaging of pastries in the box. "Great alternative. If you spend a lot of time in downtown, you can get tired of the overpriced resturants and torn tonk bars. Every time in a while it's nice to just get a good sandwich or salad that Panera Bread does so well. The staff is always friendly and the place is very clean. Meets and surpasses my expectations. The food is all I expect from Panera and is also a great place to get good groundless coffee, although Mike's ice cream is still the place for the best coffee, in my opinion. All in all, it's a big break for the norm."

"By far the worst Panera bread I’ve been to. About a few months ago we went into the restaurant and while we were waiting in line we saw a dead roach on the floor and walked right out. This should of been the last time we ever stepped foot in that place but unfortunately it wasn’t. "In the afternoon a bacon turkey bravo is the same as it's always been. The bomb. One of my favorite sandwiches. I order one at night and not every time but twice now it's a skimpy ass thin sliced bread sandwich with the wrong cheese one piece of bacon and no pickle. It doesn't even taste the same. "I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to Panera. I didn't realize they offered breakfast items, as I usually go to Starbucks for my morning fix. However, today Starbucks was sold out of my usual orders so I decided to give Panera a try. I was delighted to discover they have a breakfast menu. I ordered a chocolate croissant, which was delicious, and a Madagascar vanilla cream cold brew with almond milk and caramel syrup added. The coffee was excellent, especially considering I am very particular about my iced coffees. I give 4 stars because I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on Ciabatta, and while the bacon, eggs, and bread were great, the cheese was chewy and didn't taste good. I ended up taking it off and the sandwich tasted much better. I will remember to order my sandwiches without cheese in the future. Overall, Panera offers a great breakfast selection and fantastic coffee. The service was also excellent. I will definitely be returning to try more items. If you're in the market for a new breakfast spot, I highly recommend giving Panera a try."

"yesterday's experience in the panera brot, on isb, daytona beach was a classic example of how they could previously chase loyal customers away. my wife and I came to the counter who noticed two customers before us with a coworker in the cash. there was a second employee who stood near another bank, but did not wait for it or communicate with customers. a third man employed was repeatedly squeezed and embraced the second man employed behind the counter. the first employee waited for the first customer, but when the next customer came to the counter, the employee took the order of the customer and engaged in a long personal conversation and never once acknowledged our essentialness or let us know that it would be in short with us. while the second worker did nothing behind the counter. Finally, the third employee held his constant display of public affection behind the counter. after a considerable time without recognizing Panera-Brot staff, we began to despise, so we went out of the restaurant and ate our late lunch somewhere else. before this experience was panera bread, daytona beach one of our favorite lunch spots."

"A few days ago I took a friend to lunch at this location and we both ordered the same thing, the Pick 2 with the Cobb salad and Flatbread pizza, each a drink and a cookie. The bill came to just under $45 and while I was shocked, I didn 't want to put a damper on questioning it in front of my friend as I was treating her. I later called to ask why it was so much and was told the pizzas were full size which also meant full price!! The person I talked to said, with a very flippant attitude I might add, sorry, they should have told you and I 'll tell them to do better next time! So much for good Customer Service!! Besides the way it was handled, what is the point of a Pick 2 if you 're paying full price?!!! Didn 't think to ask that but I don 't think it would have mattered to this person anyway!! But that just doesn 't make sense as I thought the Pick 2 was somewhat of a deal so next time I will look at other options as there are many and will take my business elsewhere! I love Panera but definitely not this location!!"

"whorible customer service of the manager who worked on 02/22/2022 by midday. I stopped coming here, initially due to a consistent slow service, but decided to give them another chance today. I just ordered quick pick up via the mobile app to lose my order when I arrived. instead of supporting me as my order said it was ready over the app, the manager let me wait an additional 20 minutes, as he negated to other customers who arrived after me. I understand that the lunchtime can be very busy, but I felt ignored while others received attention. I guess they need to look a certain way to get a quick service. they called companies and made a complaint. will not be back."

"After over a year of not frequenting this Panera bread, we decided to try it again today. They’re doing much better since we were here last year and ended up walking out because of their irrational enforcement of mask and rules. As long as they continue to be rational I have no problem shopping here. The food was good and the service was fast. My previous (one star) review from about March 2021): I came in to place a take-out order (since they are not permitting indoor dining at this time), and was wearing a face mask. According to the cashier the way I was wearing it didn’t meet her satisfaction even though it was fully covering my mouth. In addition there was 6 feet of physical separation as well as a plastic guard between us. I requested that the cashier provide the basis of what she was mandating in the form of some written guidelines. Rather than providing that she went to get the manager and he was not able to provide any guidelines either other than a picture on the front of the store. As a result of this arbitrary decisions of how they want to enforce their mask mandate (which I was in compliance with), I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. If, in these trying times, businesses are not wanting to accommodate their customers, there are other businesses who will. I ended up going to a different Panera bread that was much more customer friendly and I made my order there."
