"This was my last experience at this establishment. I brought my daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter to what turned out to be the worst experience I have had at a restaurant in a long time. We got there at 4:45 and ordered some food, my granddaughter got her food out first and had no complaints but the **** Mary was so salty and flavored so poorly that we had to send it back. 40 minutes later we finally got the rest of the food which consisted of 10 wings. And then after we finished the wings I had to physically hunt down the waitress to get the bill. She could not process the bill but the manager had left the building so she had no way to process it. We finally left at 6:15.I don't even know what to say except I will never dine in there again"

"I went to Buffalo Wild Wings with my wife and her family on Sa 12-22-2018. Although quite busy when we arrived and the first hour after, the staff did a wonderful job of seating our party of eight, taking and handling our orders, keeping the beer flowing and handling all else we needed. The only down side was that our Fighting Illini, despite our cheering, lost to Mizzou in the Braggin' Rights men's basketball game we watched there."

"I usually do not choose bw3s for wings, but that is where they wanted to go, the place is in a strip shopping center in west carrolton/ miamisburg the place was empty 2:30 we sat quickly on a bar ordered drinks and wings, drink came in less than 2 min, wings over 20 min?. when they did it, they were hot even steamy, perfectly cooked, covered with sauce. the best wing I can ever experience at any bw3s! I have to give this place 4."

"the bartender was very rude for me and my hospitable. I felt disrespected about her commentary about me, paying for me and checking my guests. mentions that at 6 drinks I cut off on the “company” policy? when I was in the week before and had over 12 drinks without problems. I felt micro-aggressions with racism from her. I'm not happy with the service I had. I left a ZERO tip. that was your bartender who worked 11/21/22 in the afternoon. I am a recurring customer who spends good money here while I fly on business trips to eagan. this location will not get my shops anymore thanks to this shady service."

"what is the point of “checking” the bags for their customers if they do not really check the ordering? asked all apartments and did not get them. asked for extra ranch and got 2 additional half tassen equal to the other half tassen, which just as good as two full. I don't mind paying more, but I expect at least a full portion of it. ridiculous and simply disappointed. do not return all the way to repair it."
