"The food is absolutely fantastic! We always start with the disc rostica to share because their flatbread is amazing, made and grilled in-house in their wood-fired oven. I ordered the Casa salad, which was refreshing, while my friend chose the earthy option, which turned out to be sweet and delightful.
For my main course, I had the pesto prawn bucatini. The pasta was cooked al dente, giving it the perfect chewy texture. The sauce was light, not oily, and full of flavor, with fresh shrimp. Just a heads-up: there are shells on the shrimp, which didn’t bother me but is good to know.
For dessert, I opted for the trio plate. They offer classic flavors like chocolate and pistachio, along with some unexpected choices such as rice.
The atmosphere is nicely casual, making it perfect for a quick bite at the bar or celebrating an event with a group of friends. The menu prices are higher than what you'd find at a fast-casual restaurant, but they are reasonable for the quality provided and are comparable to other restaurants in the Redmond area. They even post their menu on their beautiful website.
This place has become one of our local favorites, and I can't wait to return to try more dishes!"
