"We have been here six times since they opened a couple of months ago. Excellent service, newly expanded menu, good drink menu (the mango margaritas rock, just make sure they blend them well). Open late (well, for Rancho they're open late), the food is consistently excellent and not your typical Mexican food. If you haven't tried them yet, you're gonna wish you had sooner. Go. Go now. Right now. Unless it's Monday, or Sunday evening. But if it's not then, GO!"
