"We just ordered two pizzas from Harry's, used to be one of our favorite pizzas in town. We were told it would be ready by 5:55, but we got there for 6:00 because the past few times we have gone to Harry's (since the new owners) we have had to wait 20 mins or longer for our pizza. We waited 10 mins inside for our pizza, got home and the pizza was incredibly burnt. It was dry, chewy and the underside was black. This is extremely disappointing, we called to inform the new manager of our experience with our burnt pizza and he was not empathetic or apologetic at all. The service is slow, the management is unimpressive and the pizza is not what it used to be. Very discouraged with this experience."
