"Before I say anything negative I have to say the staff was incredibly accommodating and amazingly kind. None of this is reflective of them. We ordered buffalo wings and I always say to cook them well done. Well I bet they were well done, but the blue corn coating which I bet was an attempt to be more southwestern was a miss. It made them gooey and awful. I also ordered them for me and my son and they came with blue cheese crumbles. I 'm sure this is a perfectly normal practice, but under the steam of the plate cover it looked super yellow and awful. So we ended up wasting them. The truffle fries are likely super good at the restaurant but the steam did the same to them, soggy and limp. My husband had the enchilada plate, which if you 're used to a soft rolled corn tortilla this will be different. He just said it needed a little seasoning but it was edible."
