"We stopped for Appetizers and drinks and we were so impressed with this 1920’s bungalow, that we will be back for dinner. They have an extensive happy hour menu, Hours of Tranquility! So hard to choose, Sea Bass Street Tacos, Crispy Polenta Tots, so unique, not your ordinary chips and salsa."

"(Visited in November 2017) I have eaten several meals in this restaurant during this stay at the Embassy Suites and it is a much more beautiful restaurant than you can find in most hotels. You do not take of course that you need to eat here, but their food and service shows that they try to make you feel comfortable and enjoy a great meal. The one area in which it falls is the price. Overall, it is probably 15 20% higher than it should be, and although I am sure that the argument is that cartridges pay for convenience, I can simply not buy. The restaurant does not cost more to use than when it was standing on the street. Burgers and club sandwiches are fantastic, like the pommes and salads. The waiting staff we had so far was very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend eating here if you don't mind paying inflated prices."

"My wife and I had reservations and were promptly seated. I had requested an out of the way table in terms of location, and that was honored without me asking. We have been to this restaurant many times over many years before North Charleston Performing Arts shows, and the food and service have always been excellent. If you are going to this restaurant for a 730 show, you should arrive at 515-530 pm to give the restaurant time to prepare your dishes so you can be finished by 700 pm. To their credit this is not a fast food place. I did reduce my overall rating slightly as the waitress did not stop by often enough and I had to ask for things a couple of times, but received them promptly; the restaurant was definitely busy with show patrons. The waitess was friedly and professional. The food has always been top notch; a definite surprise since a hotel restaurant . We tried the cheese plate as an appetizer this time; excellent in both presentation and taste. This restaurant is a gem!"
