"They tell you that the restaurant did not get your reservation because they overbooked and blamed the app. So that ruins your whole experience right there waiting for another table or leaving. The choices you have because they blamed the app they never got your reservation. Got the ribeye and to be honest tgi Friday's is probably just as good a block away and cheaper!!! Wish we would of went to the Grill around the corner. Much nicer and everything better!!!! So if you use the app here you may or may not get your reservation on how booked they are!!!"
