"get out. a little rocky experience. my job was a big pizza. they made a little. the guy who helped me was very nice and offered to remake it or to discount the one they did. I said a discount is in order, but when he asked the manager, the manager said rudely, the full price, right in front of me and know that the nice guy had offered the discount! he didn't bother to talk to me or even look at me, much less apologised for the mistake. when I pushed the nice guy over it, a very nice lady came to watch what had happened, and graciously applied a discount. cute and nice lady, thank you! 5 stars for a great recovery! her service assured my future business. curmudgeonly old manager, you have 1 star! their rudeness cost their company a 5-star rating! they should seriously consider finding different work. they are clearly unhappy and they are definitive not at the front end material!"
