"I was extremely impressed by the Short Rib Risotto and Coconut Sorbet at this restaurant. My guest tried the Chicken Parmesan for the first time and absolutely loved it. The risotto was bursting with flavor and I didn't need to add anything to it. I requested it to be spicy and it was prepared perfectly. This was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Many thanks to Chino, the cook, for creating such a wonderful dish. I also want to thank Louis, our waiter, for multitasking so he could enjoy his own meal. The customer service here is top-notch. A special shoutout to Spencer, the manager, for his hospitality and for overseeing the restaurant and staff so effectively. I will definitely be recommending Ollo to others."
