"The entire experience started off on the wrong foot as the host coughed multiple times in my face while trying to figure out where to seat us in an empty restaurant. The comedy of errors continued as it took almost 20 minutes for our drinks to be made and delivered to our table. Our dinner order was placed which included an appetizer, and a burger and a soup and salad. All of the food arrived at the same time with the salad being warm, wilted, and brown on the edges and the burger being well done instead of medium rare. At one point the waitress attempted to refill our waters with water that had been sitting in cups on the counter of the beverage station which she poured into a pitcher. Luckily another employee saw the flaw in that decision and obtained an actual pitch of water before refilling our glasses. The waitress failed to inquire as to why none of the food was eaten during our meal and chose to ignore a clearly undesirable experience. Overall the quality of food and dining experience was sub par for a well renowned resort."
