"This was my first visit and I was very pleased with the food and the service. Everyone as friendly and we were greeted as we approached the counter. It's a seat yourself environment so nothing crazy as you walk through the door, just head to the counter and order. The food came out hot and fresh. The portion sizes were more than enough to be full and grab a to-go box worth. The men's bathroom smelled and looked clean. Most restaurants miss the mark on either of those but this one did not. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Cranford's best is the worst place I and my employees have ever been busy. I ordered two orders from the pork roll sandwich, I only got one order from it. The owner had the courage to tell me that I was wrong and I never ordered two orders and that he doesn't know what I'm talking about. I was still polite and keep my cool statement that I was accused of two orders and that they made the mistake clear. He turned it to me and called me and said that I was clearly wrong and I never ordered two. I said I won't order from them and you just lost a customer, he said you won't order from here anymore? Then I will not send you your second order. I couldn't believe the OWNER! This business talked to such a customer. What a SCUM BAG!!! Everyone in the office heard the call we recorded. If someone knows if there is a way to post this call, I would LOVE to share it with you all. Someone from the WORST plans. And this is the thing that the WAY has thrown on me. F-CK DIESER PLACE."

"This place is ridiculously expensive! Twice I ordered a toasted sesame seed bagel, with Mayo, turkey, Swiss cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. It cost almost $13. without a drink or chips! The 2nd time I received my sandwich. The turkey was extremely too thick for a sandwich. I could have used a knife and fork to cut and eat it. I ended up giving away half of the sandwich. And the other half, I ended up throwing out all the turkey except for one slice. I will never go here again because $13. for a bad sandwich is too steep to my pockets!"

"Very confusing ordering system and the staff is rude. I tried to order the sandwich I saw on the sign outside, but the menu I looked at had only breakfast items (not marked breakfast). The cashier was impatient with me when I asked for clarification on the menu system. I don't understand the layout. I heard my sandwich was called several times without anyone claiming it. I didn't agree with my number, so I went to the lady who thought the number was wrong and she shot me rudely from the proverb? it's not yours? I've been waiting for them to remake my sandwich. "I never had a margarita pizza without tomatoes, burnt basil and sesame seeds??? It was burned too! The Italian calzone has 1 slice of ham, pepperoni and such a kind of Spicy meat. A TON sharp provolone cheese that almost exaggerated everything except the burned half of the calzone. So disappointing for $34.00. When I questioned the pizza, I was told that Margarita Pizza does not come with cut tomatoes. What really gets me is that you see that my food was burned and you still served me! Where is quality control before serving your customers so disappointing food?"
