"This place offers delicious lunch(11 am- 2 pm), afternoon food (2 pm -4 pm), and dinner options. You do not need to be a guest of the hotel to enjoy the Raya restaurant. Going to the Ritz is always a good experience. Ask for a table by a window and marvel at the views while you enjoy an impeccable meal.The service is always top-notch if not every employee, then most. I want to give a huge thank you to Shekinah and Sue especially for making the already amazing' experience that much better.Chris was my server and he was very attentive and courteous. His recommendations were spot on. Great cocktail and good presentation food.Overall, The service was perfect, Views were heavenly. Food lacked the Ritz reputation but was still pretty good."

"The host and the food were excellent! Went there for lunch with my boyfriend. The view was excellent and it was quiet. There was not a bad thing on the menu. The only problem was our server, Ryan, was inattentive and constantly going to the back room. We were not checked on once we got our food even tho other tables -all 5 of them- were serviced. We sat for close to 30 minutes before he asked us if we wanted our drinks refreshed (we did) after the food came. We were not asked if we wanted more food or dessert. It took just as long to get the check. So like other reviews here- the food was excellent as is the cleanliness and ambiance of the restaurant. The service is incredibly sub-par- especially for the price."
