"This area has the best Manhattan bagel. The owner went above and beyond by opening up 30 minutes early to make my order fresh for my work event in the morning. His staff was very helpful in bringing my order to my car, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for future events. Thank you!"

"You can never go wrong with the food or coffee from any Manhattan Bagel store. The Fairfield shop however consistently goes above and beyond with their level of service and how they treat their customers. If you don't see exactly what you want on the menu, they are happy to make whatever creation you come up with. The food is always fresh and they take great pride in preparing it for you as demonstrated by how it's presented. You only need a couple of visits to be treated like a regular!"

"The employees are racist and when asked my name when I placed my order after spelling it out still spelled my name wrong. The employees took very long with my order after correcting them while many other customers received their order while I waited patiently having to ask them about my order then hurriedly hands it to me after I ask. Will not be coming back to this establishment."
