"I placed an order two weeks ago and waited for an hour and a half for delivery, only to receive a cold sub and pizza. I ordered again last night and specifically asked for my food to be hot. The server even made note of it on the slip. Unfortunately, my food arrived in the same amount of time as before and was cold once again. I am very disappointed because Valarios has always been my favorite restaurant since I was a child."
