"Best Chinese Buffet (IMO). We have been going to Evergreen for years now and they are the standard by which we judge other buffets and I must say, few have measured up. Evergreen has the BEST hot sour soup...it's actually hot and sour! Pretty much everything is tasty and there is a great variety, everything from sea bass to steak (on weekends) and everyone's faves like; potstickers, eggrolls, sweet sour chicken, sesame chicken, beef broccoli and without a doubt the BEST crab rangoons."
