"Pho Hoa Noodle Soup is a hidden gem located conveniently off the exit to Pinole, heading towards Pinole Valley High School. The prices were fair, there were plenty of places to park, and the service was good. The prices were right for the size of the servings, and the large one was more than enough for two people. Don't eat too much if you can't feed two people. Fresh spring rolls and fried rolls were tasty starters, and they gave us a plate of mint, sprouts, and jalapeos so we could make our pho just the way we liked it. There were a lot of noodles, a good amount of meat, and the tasty broth hit the spot. They also had a range of drinks, like boba drinks and Vietnamese coffee, that were good for cooling down. There was plenty of space between seats, and it wasn't too loud. But I took away one star because we were sat in the back left corner, facing the register. This made it easy for the staff to miss us. Also, the bathroom was cooler than the rest of the room, and our drinks weren't always replaced quickly. Even with these small problems, I think you should check out Pho Hoa Noodle Soup because they serve good food and try to be the best.
