"First, they give patrons a menu with outdated prices from before the pandemic, which means customers are surprised when they receive a bill that doesn't match what was advertised. Even their chalkboard displays incorrect prices. When you ask for a manager, the clueless staff that come to assist you usually have no idea how to help and just say, "I don’t know" because the manager isn't available. It’s the same scenario every time.
I was there on a Monday and ordered the mini wrap, soup, and drink combo, which was advertised as such. But just five days later, I found out that the drink was no longer included, despite it still being listed on the menu. The young man who rang me up was again confused and kept apologizing, saying the manager was out.
If you're looking for a better option, there's a place across the street called Café del Arte. They are really friendly and offer huge salads or wraps for half the price!"
