"The food we had during our visit was excellent. The salad bar was stocked with fresh ingredients and they also had additional measures in place for Covid safety, which was a nice touch. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they also offer flavored tea. Despite being short-staffed, our service was a bit slower than usual, but our waitress was polite and friendly. I would recommend this restaurant for a laid-back dining experience."

"Stopped by for dinner. Nice selection of entrees, good salad bar. Staff was great, service very good. Our pary tried the trio entree (ribs, steak, shrimp), new Orleans platter and coconut shrimp. Very tasty!"

"Absolutely terrible! I ordered ribs, only to find out they were out of ribs. Then I order a burger and fries. Both my burger and fries were cold. My burger was suppose to come with onion rings. They waited until they brought my food to tell me that they were out of onion rings as well. The service was terrible and so was the food. I won’t ever go back there again!"

"I don't eat out much but I went to ruby Tuesday and my waitress Danielle was excellent my drink stayed refilled and she made sure I was okay the whole time and the manager Mike is a really good guy it seems like the way I see he treats his employees (just the little time I was there) was incredible!!!! I definitely will be eating out there more often! Thank you Danielle and Mike for a actual good experience eating out, you don't really get good customer service anywhere anymore!!!!"

We went to Ruby Tuesdays on a Friday afternoon about 3:30-4p the place was NOT busy or crowded. That's normally a good sign… right? WRONG! "Salad Bar was far from fresh, ordered Full Rack of Ribs came out with wrong BBQ sauce, was never offered a refill on drink. When I left Restaurant drove around building and 6 or 7 of the wait staff and kitchen cooks was outside smoking. I understand now why they don't ever seem to be busy"
