"This beautiful shopping area has a lot of local gems, pottery studio, yoga studio, cafe, pizza restaurant, and a few decoration shops and salons. I always loved the lush courtyards, it gives you a true Miami feel. It is however unfortunate that there is a new paid parking system in place with very expensive rates, even more so if you go over the meter. Fees are over $85 and this makes it very uninviting. I love to support local businesses but with these parking fees, over $3 an hour, and the potential parking surcharge of $85, and no options to park on the street, it makes it very difficult to want to come and do any business here."
