"That said, I’ve encountered issues with my orders – about a third of them were either missing items or completely incorrect. Frustrated, I called the Valencia location to address the problems. Jessica informed me that there was nothing they could do about the mistakes and apologized, explaining that they were training new employees. I found that excuse unsatisfactory. What frustrated me further was when she ended the conversation by suggesting, "Just call DoorDash and say you never received your order." Well, no, Jessica – I did receive my order; it just wasn't correct. Her response was, "Well, just tell DoorDash you didn’t receive it, and they’ll give you full credit."
At that point, I decided I’m done with this place."
