"Our lunch for 5 at Ruscello was just fine. Each person enjoyed their chosen meal and the service was very good. The reservation process through OpenTable was not so good and the restaurant did not have our table ready, so there was a wait. I initially made a reservation for 4 through OpenTable. When our party became a total of 5, I found the reservation could not be modified on OpenTable to that number so I called the restaurant to up the number, speaking with one of the staff (did not get a name of the person, unfortunately). When we arrived at the restaurant, the hostess had no knowledge that we were now a party of 5, and it seemed rather an imposition for them to re-do or get a table ready for 5, like it was my fault when I had, in fact, called in the change. It did not feel welcoming. Not a pleasant start to our luncheon. At least the server and the food were very good."
