"This dinner reservation ruined a special occasion. They DID NOT honor any ones reservation. They did not take names and the patrons were pushing and shoving in a line which went into the dining room and on top of those eating. You should not include this restaurant on your reservation list.It was not that the food was bad or the service once we sat down hour and minutes after our reservation. We were in an area we did not know with event tickets following dinner and did not know where else to go. We assumed since we made this reservation more than a month in advance we would not need to know anything else about the area"

"My family and I, 5 of us, visited Patsys pizzeria just before an ice hockey game in the Barclay Centre. Our first time in NYC and this was the best restaurant we had been in all week!! Amazing pizzas, huge delicious!! And the best garlic bread I have ever had!! A warm welcome from the waiter we will definitely visit next time we are in New York"
