"I have been eating at Ahmo’s since my college days. I have always had fantastic tasting food from both the Ann Arbor and Ypsi locations. I was just at the Ypsi location on Monday, and it was the most awful tasting meal ever. The gyro meat was flavorless and dry, the tomatoes were slimy and there were only 3 tiny slices, it had an over abundance of onions (and I asked for NO onions , the pita tasted like old grease, and the rice was a yellow color tasted strange (did they change the kind of rice? . The fattoush had a lot of green peppers, which have never been in the salad and are not on the menu description, and ruined the taste of the salad. The prices have gone way up, which I completely understand, but $15 for a meal that was inedible was absolutely unacceptable. I am so sad, because this was a favorite place of mine to eat. However, that is the last time I’ll be visiting this location."
