"I absolutely love the gluten-free pancakes; they’re a must-try! There are plenty of gluten-free options available. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the service was excellent, which is why I plan to return in just a few days. They even offer sugar-free syrup! However, I did have an issue with the Snooze app. I downloaded it and asked my server how to earn points through digital payment, but they told me I had to pay traditionally, as it was a separate bill. In the end, I received my receipt without a barcode, which meant I didn’t earn any points. I tried calling to resolve it, but I was passed off. Overall, the loyalty program could use some improvements, but that won’t stop me from coming back!"
