"We had a reservation of 7:00. Armed at the time, but waited about 10 minutes for Hostess stand, which was unattended. Several other parties waited and no one came by. Sometime another person was looking for the manager and he came by. He said it would wait 30 minutes, even with a reservation. I asked if I had to cancel the reservation, but he said he would. We went to find another option. But I couldn't book a reservation somewhere else because it said I ate here! Very frustrating experience. It was a bummer because my husband and I always like to go here. This was our date night and it didn't start well. There was no apology at all about the topic with the reservations waiting for everyone. Luckily we found another place to have dinner."
