"I have never had a negative experience in the 10 years that I have been ordering from this restaurant. The pizza is always hot and fresh, and the breadsticks are the best in town. However, during my most recent order placed the week before, the delivery time was unfortunately too long. I called to address the issue and was able to cancel my order without any problems."

"Called to change my payment method and paid for my order by phone. Noone communicated to the driver and I had to wait while my food got cold because he had to verify what I told him. He was very nice and I give him 5 stars."

"Stopped in and put an order if you have the pizza within 10 minutes and we're waiting everybody asked if we had been helped. Staff very attentive and made sure we were taken care of very quickly. The garlic knots are amazing. 18 bucks for dinner which is about more for getting"

"Ive ordered the gluten free pepperoni Create Your Own Pizza in the past and have loved it. Not this time. I dont know what they did but this pizza is terrible. The crust was dry, more than normal gluten free crusts go. I didnt get extra cheese or the 3 cheese blend that I ordered. I also ordered gluten free cheese Create Your Own Pizza. What I received wasnt that. What I got was some thin crust cheesy bread sticks, I think. I cant even be sure it was gluten free since the label on the box was the same as the pepperoni pizza box. I am so disappointed."
