"They always get my order right and are polite and professional consistantly. Jack in the Box is a San Diego company that provides fast food at a great price unlike most of the other chains. They also have maintained a diverse menu...still serving breakfast items all day along with some healthy menu items that taste great at a fair price....and I have to go there, two tacos for $1.00 about. Try dipping in their ranch dressing when your low on funds and hungry."

"It's a hamburger place like any other however that being said, sometimes it's great and sometimes it's a fail. Though my top recommendations are the bacon cheeseburger, their tacos, any breakfast item or for dessert, thier cheesecake. This Jack in the box is slow in service between 8pm and 3am. Other then that this place is B+ in my book."

"I only gave this Jack in the Box 3 stars because the first time I went I was there 24 minutes before closing and they said they were close. I was so disappointed because I had walked so fast and so far for nothing. It really would not have been a big deal, but the man acted so rude. I was being ranged up and the manager I guess just steps in front of him and says we are close. I looked at my phone and it said 12:36. So I never write a bad review of a place with only one experience so I went again and the food was not fresh, burnt, and the service was okay."

"5 stars because..... I ordered a sourdough chicken sandwich combo with large CURLY FRIES and large Dr pepper tiny tacos and 5 piece chicken nugget kids meal with curly fries and apple juice drive thru around 745pm-ish on Saturday January 8th. Eeeeenyways just got off work picked up my kids as you can imagine I was so tired. Welp, I pull up ordered paid got on the freeway come to find out the LARGE CURLY FRIES where a MIA!!! I had to get off the freeway go AAAALLLL the way back. Sure enough they gave me the fries and actually returned the money for the large fries and she apologized. It was fast simple professional she fixed the problem so other than good customer service they have good food. I highly recommend. BRAVO"

"Great customer service and food was prepared very good, appearance/presentation was appealing fresh-tasting buttery buns, Oreo shake delicious...the ladies were very patient with my grandson who had 100 questions. The Plaza Blvd JIB crew are the best!! I won't mention names but one of the other JIB's could use a lesson or three on how to treat customers and get orders right. Just saying."

"I'm not sure what I should expect at Jack's but a 10 dollar breakfast should be good. So you get some like warm eggs one piece of soggy bacon a few silver dollar size pancakes and two hash browns and warm coffee that I could not possibly burn my self if it were to spill. I checked out all the tables and found one that was clean. While eating I did see an employee who was cleaning going m off the bottom of the tables so I guess I should have turned the tables over. The staff was friendly. ."

Pita was hard, wasn’t edible No grilled onions, big tomatoes, a end of iceberg lettuce. Where’s the green leaf?. Very dissatisfied!. "This J-n-B is on my way home from work. I stopped by this morning and wanted to try their new smashed burger. I was told that they do not have them now. So I got a sausage with egg and cheese combo. I went through the drive thru. Good thing I always try to set up my food before I start driving. This sandwich was in 3-4 individual parts. I had to put the sandwich back together before I could eat it. The hash brown was cold. However, the small Coke was good and there were no dribbles down the side of the cup. By the time I got my sandwich back together, I was only able to take 1 bite of the hash browns and could not force myself to try any more. The sandwich was also cold by the time I got everything together and was ready to eat. They also have signs up letting you know that if you want an extra sauce you have to pay for it. But, if you order on the app, you don't have to pay extra.I do, usually, like J-n-B over other fast food restaurants but it seems like over the last year they have really gone down hill. Which is sad."

"I went to the drive through on Saturday on January 8. 2022 at 4 p. m. and ordered the one Jumbo Jack with 2 slices of American cheese, one small size French Fries, one 15 quantity Fully Loaded Tiny Tacos Box, one Vanilla Sweet Cream Iced Coffee and one slice of New York Style Cheesecake. My total was $22.24. I paid Oscar at the pick up window in Cash. Everything I ate like the Jumbo Jack Burger with American Cheese was very Juicy and delicious! The Tiny Tacos were crispy and was very flavorful. The French Fries great. The New York Style Cheesecake was very creamy, rich was very delicious! Oscar this employee was friendly and personable to me. I highly recommend this Oceanside location."

No restaurant is perfect, and I don't expect them to be, but the way they handle customer service and rectify issues is commendable. Having worked as a restaurant manager in Bellevue for years before finding my passion for driving, I understand the importance of treating customers with respect and addressing mistakes. That's why I confidently give this place five stars. "I go here for breakfast a couple times a week. The staff are nice. I usually get a breakfast Jack combo with no meat and a coffee. Decent breakfast for $4. The prices at this Jack in the box are about 20 to 40 cents cheaper than the one by my daughter's school in Rohnert Park which I think is interesting."
