"If i could give 0 stars I would. The employee named “Julieta” has the absolute worst customer service you can ever imagine. Let me explain, my mother asked for her to open the restroom nicely, as one should, this Julieta woman completely ignored her and started screaming at other coworkers explaining that orders come first and restrooms come last but also throwing indirects at my mother. I understand, orders should be completed within a certain amount of time, but a few seconds to press on a button to open the restroom wouldn’t make too much of a difference. This woman also has a superiority complex against a young male worker and would scream in his face telling him he’s not aloud to use more than one coupon on customers (which is not what happened, there were separate transactions being made). After waiting up front, she continued to scream at her coworkers, keep in mind she is not a manager, and would practically scold them AND customers. If I am being honest, the place was no where near as occupied as I have seen in other places. There was no need to act that way even if it was occupied. It comes to show how incapable they are to control their emotions and work under “pressure”. It drives customers away.I hope punitive action is taken against this Julieta person as that was no way to treat customers or coworkers.The above occurred Saturday, March 16, 2024 around 10 AM."

Being vegetarian the options in the menu are quite limited, but I'd drive here for a serving of stuffed jalapenos and vanilla milkshake. "Most of the younger staffs here are pretty courteous. However one of the older lady in the back, she's really rude. I just got in the bathroom for 5 minutes or less. I was washing my hands getting ready to come out. That lady knocked and yelled really loud. I asked who is it. She said you need to come out. I said OK let me wash my hands. She kept on banging on the door and said No you need to get out now! And kept on knocking. So I came out and ask her what's going on? She said he's waiting. He came after, someone is in the restroom I am sure any normal person would just wait their turn. That's normal. Why she had to drag me out like that after 5 minutes and when I was washing my hands ready to leave. She told me not to come back here anymore. I hope she's not the manager there, because this behavior seems a bit abnormal. I asked for her name and she won't give it to me. Perhaps she knows the owner doesn't come that often that's why she can scream and yell at customers at the top of her lungs whenever she wants for whatever silly reason and nobody would know."

"Parked in the parking lot and the clean pavement and clearly painted parking lines immediately caught my eye. Looked around to notice meticulously trimmed landscaping all around. Inside was more of the same with nice quality, clean tables and floor. Counter associate was attentive and friendly and food was served wrapped with care and freshly cooked. Been a long time since I noticed a fast food restaurant for being a way above average dining experience. Genuine props to whoever franchises this location."

"Took my family today. Have my receipt from 4:19 PM. Very rude cashier asked if they had any specials He said he did not know gave very hard Looks to me my wife and child can’t miss the gentleman I’m referring to he had a blue bandanna around his head like a do rag The company headphone on one ear and a apple AirPod in the other two nose rings and chipping, black fingernail polish . And to think at the first of the year in 2024 fast food service employees will be making $20 an hour in California. This is definitely failure from management.
