"This was hands down the worst dining experience I have had in a long time. We waited 22 minutes in the drive-thru before even being able to place our order. When we asked for a #3, the double A1 burger with onion rings, we were informed that they were out of onion rings so we settled for fries. Unfortunately, we later realized that the burger my husband had ordered actually came with onion rings. In addition to the burger, we also ordered 2 chicken basket meals. When we got home, just 8 minutes away from the restaurant, we discovered that the food was terrible. The portions of the chicken baskets were extremely small, akin to a child's meal, and both dishes were cold. To make matters worse, the requested sauce was missing from the order and instead, we found a strange white sauce in a small Styrofoam container. My husband couldn't even identify what it was. The A1 burger my husband ordered, which cost $12, was missing all of the toppings, and was old and dry with a burnt piece of bacon on top. His fries were also half-empty. Despite wanting to return to the restaurant and complain, I had just finished a 14-hour workday and had another long day ahead of me. Ultimately, the entire experience was highly disappointing and certainly not worth the $26.93 that we spent."
