"I have never eaten breakfast at wendy; So I decided to check it out. I ordered the sausage and the egg-croissan combo. the croissant seemed to be a miniatur texas toast. it also had creamy sauce inside, instead of cheese. the kartoffels were also small steakfries. not exactly what I expected. good, but different."

"Employees know how to handle altercations. I'm going to be honest and say that when my wife was working there, I went to get my house keys from there, I THOUGHT I saw employee and shift manager, Scott, flirting with my wife, not realizing that he was her coworker let alone manager on shift. So, I confronted him aggressively. I stopped and apologized as soon as I realized who he was. I know that if that happened to me, I would feel a uncomfortable, b awkward and, c furious.Props to him for handling it smoothly and better than I would've.My wife also comes home and tells me she loves working there because her effort doesn't get overlooked and everyone is very friendly to her. They also make an effort to train her and help in her struggling areas.When she's happy, I'm happy. Happy wife, happy life."

"This is for the store 4538. I go to this Wendy's about 3 to 4 times a week to get my spicy chicken sandwich with cheese before I start my shift at work and every time Chase and Daniel (Manager) work, the customer service is EXCELLENT and my sandwich is fresh because they do it right, as I order it and I don't want to wait because they treat me so well! I think Chase and Daniel deserve recognition for a great customer service and for the way they treat customers there! I'll go on there and get my spicy chicken sandwich for these two employees!"

"that is one of the most tragic franchises they ever come. budget at least 15 minutes of their time when they plan to go through the drive-thru, even if it is for a small frosty. this location has been a dirty experience for several years. once in the year I think I'm sure that I just caught them at a bad time, they can't really be that slow, and each time they're really so slow. I feel bad for the employees who have to take over the frustrations of the customers, they naturally don't deserve it. they really have to shut down and start with completely new management. I ask them not to go here if they are on any kind of time restriction."

"Used the drive thru and it wasn't a very long line. They had a sign at the speaker that said card or exact change only. I didn't have exact change and my card was empty. I was a dollar 15 short for exact change. I told the person at the window they could keep what is left because I didn't exact change. She came back with change for me! So nice! The fries were not full (see pic hadn't touched them yet) and the chicken club was really messy, but tasted great. The $5 Box was well worth it! Choice of one of 3 sandwiches, fries, nuggets and drink. The inside of the restaurant is pretty nice for a chain burger joint. Outdoor seating is available, too."

"I love the fact that you can go and order a 4 for $4 and they let you fries for a baked potato or chili. The frits are pretty good, but variety is beautiful, especially when you are burned on frits. Sometimes I get the baked potato and pull on acid cream or add acid cream and crackers to my chili. Frost is a great dessert choice. My only complaint is that they got rid of their chocolate cookies a year ago, but it's still on their menu and adverts, so I always raise my hopes and ask if it's back. Of course it's not her fault. The staff here doesn't make the ads. Otherwise I recommend the place."

"On Saturday night, November 18th, around 7:00 p.m., we waited in the drive-thru line for approximately 15-20 minutes. When we finally reached the window, the staff were just standing around chatting, and unfortunately, we received the wrong order. After informing the employee that it wasn't ours, she handed us our order, but it was missing the condiments we had specifically requested. The service from that team was disappointingly poor. I won't be returning to that location again."

"The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was as delicious as ever, and they prepared it plain just as I requested. The Baconator Fries were topped with fresh bacon strips and arrived warm. Unfortunately, the Bacon Double Stack was a disappointment. I specifically asked for just meat and cheese, but it came piled high with everything else. I ended up having to scrape off large amounts of ketchup that had soaked into the bread, making it inedible."

"I went through the drive thru. I arrived at the order box at 6:45. There was one vehicle in front of me waiting. I was finally able to place my order for a Jr bacon cheeseburger at 6:50. There was another vehicle at the window so there's a total of 3 vehicles including me that are waiting to pay and receive our orders. The first vehicle finally gets their food and we moved forward. Meanwhile the customer that was behind me had yet to place their order and was honking their horn to get the employee's attention. To make a long remark short, I didn't get my food until 7:10. I'd hate to see what they would have done if there was a rush."

"I went here for lunch 09/08/2021 to get lunch. I ordered a 6 piece nuggets and a Baconator double and a diet coke. The meal was good. The hamburger was well made with bacon on top of both patties. Not too much sauce on the burger so it looks much better. The ghost pepper ranch was new. I like that sauce as well as sriracha sauce. Something spicy that is not buffalo sauce. Diet coke for low calorie liquid to wash the meal down. Overall good. I do recommend"

"When we came into the window, my father asked three times for additional crackers and she gave a setting and stormed away from the window. Did another employee let us pay? He has an attitude? My father was calm and repeated three times. She could have easily disbanded and apologized, but she stormed like a toddler. We will not spend our money at this facility if we are forced to deal with employees who can clearly carry out customer service. Very rude."
