"Milo's consistently delivers great food, maintaining a high quality every time. The only varying factor tends to be the level of service. Most visits are excellent, but today we encountered a few minor issues, which are understandable given the lunch rush, holiday season, and COVID-related staffing challenges. My fries would have been even better with the ketchup I asked for but didn’t receive; however, they were still delicious when paired with Milo’s dipping sauce! I also would have enjoyed my tea more had it come with the 'light ice' I requested, but it was still quite tasty and satisfying. We will definitely return!"

"I wrote only 2 reviews in the last 5 years!! However I stopped driving at the Bojangles thru last night about 7:45 pm 1 car before me. The slow service asked to wait for my order after 15 minutes. There was another Bojangles staff that I could see from the drive thru window that shaved his head when he saw me waiting there for 20 minutes (biscuit, fries and a tea). Today I went through the thru drive around 15:40 pm 5 cars in front of me in the line. I finally switched my motor at 16:00 in line / no movement of the 5 cars before!!! And I saw behind me after a car count and there were 8 cars!!! All waiting No One bounced their car horns, but 3 customers pulled out the line and left. Finally move 5 cars ahead? I moved to the windows at 16:08 and the guy says pull you forward to wait for your Bo Cheddar cookie that I ordered. I said what? He looked at me like I was an evil customer who was on the line since 3:40. It's 4:08 and everything I said was your joke right?????????? He rolled his eyes on me a high school student yes lady moving forward they bring your cookie to you. Never? I'm sorry for the long waiting period, your patience or something! After I came home, I decided to write a review. It?s say a lot about Bojangles customer service and services, why? I never go to McDonald's except the occasional ice cream coffee. Today I went to McDonald's nightmare. I came through the trip thru in 5 minutes total order, pay and pick up. P.S. In the past, when I went once an older black woman was fabulous, beautiful personality with Awesome customer service skills! Today, the younger generation has no customer service capabilities, respect for everyone except themselves, lazy unprofessional!!!"

"I went in for dinner ask for fresh fries as I?m sitting there waiting on my food my chicken is getting cold as it sitting on the counter then they forgot about my order throw old fries in when I asked about the fresh fries they then decided to tell me they?re changing the oil so I got a refund and the entire experience I had attitude from the shift manager and one of their Frontline employees if I could give negative stars I would. Do not go in and eat unless you are prepared to sit and wait at least 20 minutes for fresh food?. I was a manager for this company so it?s very frustrating to see this happening. And they?re lucky I?m not their boss"

I recently had the 3 Piece Dark with a Biscuit, Dirty Rice and I got 2 Cinnamon Biscuits for dessert. Everything was fresh, hot and flavorful. The price was reasonable and the meal was filling. "I recently tried using some local coupons that a high school gave out this year. Upon my first experience I walked inside to talk to a cashier to make sure they honored the coupons. She yanked the card out of my hand and told me 'let me look at it now! She looked at it and told me it was expired. I looked at the coupon and asked her if this was 2020 and she said no. She finally apologized and asked for my order. I assumed she was tired and just left. My second attempt was just as worse. I used the drive through. The man took my order and I informed him at this time I was using a coupon. He acknowledged the coupon and told me to pull forward for my total. He told me it was $8.51 with the discount. I asked him why and he said it was because I bought a drink as well.  They were only 2.99 a piece and plus my drink. My order should have been 5.52.  Not only did he NOT give me the discount he took my coupon as well.  I included pictures of the receipt and the coupon. UPDATE: Franchise owner called me and told me that the coupons I had were fake. Didn 't know highschool fundraisers were fake. She actually left a voicemail about how they were fake and asking where I happened to get that from... She said she would send me some 'real ' coupons. Never got them. Won 't be returning to this location...EVER."

"This is probably the best turkey I have ever gotten. We usually get our turkeys from Honey Baked Ham but we wanted to try a fried turkey and heard they made pretty good ones so we thought we would try one from here this year. We're definitely glad we did. This turkey was so good. Moist and crispy at the same time. The price was more than you would pay for a frozen one from the store but the same or less from places that you could order one from. They were also open on Thanksgiving Day and you could have them heat it for you or pick it up cold and just reheat it in the oven for two hours. I think this will b e our new Thanksgiving tradition. It had such a good flavor."

"I had a terrible experience at the drive-thru. I ordered 2 steak biscuits for $5 and asked to add egg to one of them. Despite repeating my request four times, the staff seemed confused. After a long wait and receiving the wrong order, I finally got my food but it was undercooked and inedible. The biscuits were raw and falling apart, making it impossible to eat. I had to go elsewhere for a meal because I couldn't stomach the food I received. Overall, it was a disappointing and frustrating experience."

"Yes, the food is always good, but more importantly the staff is amazing. The people that take the order at the drive-thru are always upbeat, and patient with any questions, and then when you get to the window they're just friendly and smiling. I needed a large bag for my items and the young man at the window got the bag and then insisted on holding it open for me while I put my items in it. They're just so nice and professional, which is sadly, unusual with fast food restaurants."

"I just wanted to say the staff in Bojangles is always the best in my experience. One thing is that they always answer their phone when I call to pick up. The football season my order can even be bigger and they are always timely and polite. Today, Roosevelt was the manager and I thank him and his staff for being in and out of work after a long day. Also, you love the idea that the dining room is open so that you can actually interact personally with the staff. And by the way, I work for Alabama Lawnmasters Kenny) now on my 29th.
