"To go downtown Asheboro, look for a bite. Many of the spots we choke were closed today when we stumbled on Hops. The interior was open, so we went for the Board Specials for Thursday. I had the veg beef soup and sandwich (drilled cheese), woman had the chicken quesadilla with nachos and Queso sauce. Her chicken was tender and had a nice grill on it. They skipped the grilled paprika (mixture), but was cheesy and the tortilla was grilled and tender. The chips were hot and the cheese was warm and delicious. My grilled cheese was average, but this soup was some of the best I ever had! Rich, fleshy, fully grilled hamburgers, stew beef and vegetables. I didn't mention the woman until I had a chance to google what I noticed, but swear I would taste a hint of sweet cucumber juice in a stew as a sweetener. Found several Eastern European recipes on line mentioned beef stew and pimpel brine. I can be wrong, but will try to revise her stew back home soon. If the chief wants to shoot me this recipe, I promise not to share. Great place that has been there for years after the historical mark. Hasn't even tried their list of names, so I have to return soon."

Dont treat the staff like dirt, then complain young people dont care. If we all walk a little lighter, and smile a little more, we just may all get through this. If you are fortunate enough to interact with the 16-25 age group, dont talk to them like Gandalf. They see Peter Griffin, and Clark Griswald, and theyre not wrong. This is all our country. All of us. "has my order wrong almost every time I went there, the personal was almost always rude, how can be (except for the young black lady in the drive she was sweet as pie) also takes ten plus minutes sometimes to her order even if she is the only one in the line on the drive thru and her amount is in the round empty. I even apologised twice to a hired person for my mistake and she could not be harassed to confirm that I apologised to her. they literally go to any other place."

"Went there on a Friday night. it was not busy. I waited 15 minutes for my order. Nothing special just a couple burgers and fries.The people making the good couldn't have moved any slower if they tried.You can go to a sit down restaurant and get drinks and appetizers faster then they could put out a couple burgers. "The only reason that I am giving this review 3 stars, is because of them messing up my order and telling me that they fixed it correctly. I then showed the lady manager who originally gave me the order, my receipt. She then threw the wrong order in the trash, before fixing me the correct order. I seriously hate to see food get thrown into the trash. At least give it to one of your employees or to another customer."

"This place is a disgrace. I work for GrubHub. I was there waiting 40 minutes to pick up two orders. You have to wait outside they lock the door then they put the food down on the table and walk away and don’t even give you your orders. "I stopped coming here about 3 months ago because of terrible service specially picking up uber eats orders. I decided to stop by to pick up an order today and see if anything changed. "during the holidays I stopped in the whitman ma mcdonalds for dinner on the way to home from shopping and at the overflowing müll in the recepticles with tablets on the müll that people had left. each table was dirty with left food dried ketchup and/or müll, raw serviettes etc. the beverage area had open straw and müll over the counter. I mentioned this to the young man in the cash register and tried to be polite and said I am sure that they cannot see this area from behind the cash register, but this place was discouraging."

"So I'll start with a huge scream after Charles R and Cam R. We went around 2330 with 2 commands by the ride somehow threw bad as they were bigger orders) after a little conversation we find out his literally only 2 people do EVERYTHING! There was really not much of a line maybe 4 or 5 cars) HOWEVER have our orders 100% right and very fast! There was really not much of a line bc they flew through orders it seemed even tho a person was barbecue and the other was not only to take orders, the payment also delivered it to us to the other window and other items that were not aware. Seriously, these 2 did an excellent job and I really hope they get an increase AND the recognition they deserve!!!"

"I can only say if they charge $6 for a breakfast sandwich, it should be fresh, not old and cold. I have what was probably the worst steak ice cream bag of all time. it was dry, ice-cold, the cheese was crusty from sitting, there was little to no torf or swirling on it. the bagel began to be hard. I'll go in and make sure it's fresh when I'm ever back for another one. I wish I had checked it before I left, I will now!"
