"In the past, I had to wait for food for a while, but everyone always nice and friendly. Today I went through with the family and ordered large party bundles from the app. After a little confusion order because of the broken screen outside.... The food was surprisingly fast and in our hands in just a few minutes with a thank you and have a great day. Also everything was right, although we had some changes (no onions, etc.). We were pretty impressed and the pommes were hot and fresh.... Very good experience!"

"eating was cold, was not done as we asked and what we asked. we had to move around and sit and wait 15 minutes until they take it out. did not even get the drinks right. No, they gave us a threat after we had asked for them. has not noticed until we get out of town. will never go back to this!"

"I purchased two Whoppers with bacon for $5.00 each, and they were delicious. The staff was friendly and gave me several extra toppings including fresh lettuce and all the vegetables on my burgers. Highly recommend!"
"I typically don't bother visiting fast food establishments because you usually just have to take what you get and be satisfied with it. However, I have visited this Burger King location a few times and they have never gotten my order wrong! The staff has always been friendly and the food has been good every time."

"If I had done this review two years ago I would have had a different take on it. But with labor shortages and the trouble with getting goods, it’s hard to beat up on the place.So I’ll just say it’s not the best or the worst burger king in the city. And with McDonald’s across the street soaking up all the traffic, you’ll get food way quicker at burger king."

But I don't understand how you can forget people's food and still make them pull forward. so then I have to go back around and wait in line to get the food y'all forgot. Because the inside is not open. "You really need to apply some people who actually stay and work. Poor things. The last time I was up there, they only had 2 people working the whole restaurant! They also start at $12 per hour, which is really good for fast food. The food was fresh, and staff at the window was very nice."

"I went here during lunch time wrong time to actually go to my surprise I went in and it was very fast I was in and out with about 8 to 10 minutes and this is standing with me standing in line and waiting for my food yes I was picky and asking for fresh food it was still an 8 to 10 minutes waiting in the middle of a lunch break and the lady who was in the register training an amazing experience"

"I wish I could give this restaurant 0 stars. I dined here on Friday and ordered a medium bacon king meal. Unfortunately, I ended up with food poisoning. I strongly advise against eating here. I'm not the only one who has experienced food poisoning from this particular location. I will not be ordering from Burger King on South Kingsboro or any Burger King again. It's not difficult to properly date food or ensure that expired food is not given to customers. Personally, I prefer McDonald's and have always had a positive experience there."

"Cashier was nice. Fries were cold, but that was not the problem because they made me a fresh fries when I asked. The thing was that they were not using gloves to put my food in the bag and while serving fries. I would see some fries tough their hands which is a little gross especially with this COVID going on."

"I always enjoy dining at Burger King. I prefer it over McDonald's because I find the food to be tastier and of higher quality. Although the service may not always be top-notch, the superior food quality is what matters most to me. The Latrobe location is conveniently situated on Route 30 near Walmart, making it easy to access."

"I visited the restaurant today with my son and brother. Unfortunately, I found hair in the fries, and I noticed someone who had been sucking on their fingers without washing their hands. I don't think I'll return there again. They might want to consider using hair nets."

"I love the taste of Burger King burgers. But, I don't care much for the BK in New Carrollton. When I go there and am observing, I can't help but notice that their culture is not one of changing gloves, in cases where gloves should be changed. One example is, handling money, then going back to handling food with the same gloves."

"This Burger King location has become my go-to spot. The staff is always friendly and incredibly helpful. As someone with a disability, I truly appreciate how they consistently bring my food out to me. Their kindness and courtesy really make a difference. It’s clear that the team gets along well and works effectively together. The restaurant is always clean and tidy, and there's always someone busy cleaning. If you're in the area, especially on Airline in front of Home Depot, I highly recommend giving them a try."
