"After traveling across the USA for the past two weeks, I wasn't in the mood to cook, so I opted for fast food to save time. I went through the drive-thru since it was more convenient. I had no wait—my order was taken and I was at the window in under two minutes. The staff were friendly and efficient! To top it off, my food was just right. My burger was hot and fresh, exactly how I'd ordered it (no onions, thank you!). The highlight was my fries, which were perfectly crispy and salty! Lunchtime can be hectic in the service industry, but they handled it like pros! I’ll definitely be back!"

"On a dark night, I decided to visit Burger King. As I pulled up to the drive-thru, I rolled down my window and felt the cold night air seep into my car. Expecting to hear a generic customer service voice through the loudspeakers, I was pleasantly surprised by Joseph's warm greeting of "Hello, I'm Joseph, I can take your order." From that moment on, my experience at Burger King would never be the same. Joseph took my order with the grace and charm of a hundred swans, making me feel like I was in the presence of an angel. His friendly demeanor made us laugh, cry, and see the world in a new light. Despite only interacting with him for 8 minutes, he managed to lift our spirits and make us forget about our problems. Joseph truly deserves 5 stars and will always be my king."

"The breakfast at this restaurant was fresh and hot, a rare occurrence as the croissant was not flat and wet from being left out too long. The staff was friendly, although they were short one worker who eventually showed up. I usually go to Burger King on Union Rd at Genesee St (near 7-Eleven) because they still offer 2 for $4 and $5 options on their croissant breakfast sandwiches. I wanted to try the new cheesy melts, but I didn't want to ask today because the cook, manager, and drive-thru person were all busy restocking the cooler. I even accidentally left my food behind and had to send my friend back to pick it up, but it was still perfectly hot thanks to being wrapped in double paper bags. Overall, I was very satisfied with my meal today."

The food arrived correctly, and we were on our way. The fries were timely, but as soon as I took a bite of the Impossible burger, it had an awful smell. It was inedible because something was clearly wrong with the sandwich. I've never encountered such a terrible odor. We were too far away to request a refund. I'm not sure if the issue lies with management or the franchise itself, but it's quite unfortunate that these employees have to work under such conditions."
