"As with most fast food places, they can casually steal from you with no repercussions. I ordered two double cheeseburgers one with no onion and added bacon the other with lettuce tomatoes and extra pickles. Mind you, the extras can be up to over a dollar for 2 skimpy strips of bacon. Nonetheless, the cashier did her job right and got the ticket down perfectly. However the person who handed me the food, despite saying it's all correct, gave me the wrong order. I had not realized until I got home 20 or 30 minutes later because, hey, I assumed more than one employee could do their job right at the same time. Of course when I called to complain they said come back with the receipt. Time after time these places give refunds but never actually address the problems that cause these refunds. There's no logical point in wasting more than my refund on gas to be compensated for what I already paid for and was quite literally robbed of. My hope is no longer to receive my rightfully due compensation for the incompetence of many a fast food worker, but that someone with the power to change this reads of mine and others sorrows so as to prevent this from recurring for eternity."
