"The cashier worker looked at me and for some reason thought I was a thief. I handed her my card and she said “are you sure this is yours”, so not only is she saying that she thinks I’m a thief but she judged a client. I handed her ID and she verified that it was. However, I will never buy here again! I don’t recommend this store! She was extremely rude and unprofessional. That wasn’t the question she should’ve asked this is not COLOMBIA! This is NYC! You talk to people with respect here."

"Ordered the Buffalo chicken wings with fries and chicken cutlet hero. The hero wasnt all that good. Taste wise it was bland and as for the "Buffalo wings" they werent it. There not spicy wings at all. Its "spicy chicken" its barely spicy in my opinion. And fries were soggy. Warm but soggy. So it was meh over all"

"After how many times I've been a customer here. This lady hangs up on the phone on me because I don't speak Spanish. She refused to take my order. This is not the first time . So apparently I can only get food if I speak Spanish now?"

"I usually go here around noon but tonight (around 7) I went for a sub and chips and waited 12 minutes for either of the two men at the counter to ACKNOWLEDGE me. Apparently customers playing lotto are a priority. The only reason I give this place 3 stars is because morning staff is usually phenomenal and when one of the gentlemen came over to assist he was very genuine in customer care. Although he started making my sandwich with ONE gloved hand, (and yes I saw the un-gloved hand touch the ingredients at some point?)but he quickly put on a second when he saw me watching?? AND re-made my sandwich. Thank Goodness the first sub was the wrong bread ???"
