"We were looking for an outdoor dining spot and discovered that Satsuma has too options: a courtyard seating area and the rooftop, where we were seated. It is funky-picturesque with train tracks and grasses in the foreground, rooftops beyond. The service was so prompt that we were sure a sunny Saturday evening influenced it, but we didn't feel rushed because the waiter was very nice. We orderd edamame and various seafood rolls, all of which were fine, not exceptional. There are so many really good Asian fusion restaurants in the greater Philadelphia area that we wil probably not rush back to Satsuma."

"from late at midnight stopped) with the family looking for a quick bite to eat. the manager stanton was so polite and helpful he asked the kitchen to wait for us to order before closing. we had delicious tapas and meat cheeseboards. it was an oerfect for the exchange. we were a party of 6) our entrees were excellent. we had tacos, chicken meatballs, kobe burger, short rib sliders. we really enjoyed our delicious meals. the personal was so sweet that they realized that we had a birthday party and brought out a cheesecake with a candle. the night! the ambiente is very beautiful. leave with a cozy atmosphere. "Fantastic food! I absolutely love this place; everyone is incredibly friendly. Taylor and Kyle handle the phone calls, and they are the best! The delivery is prompt and efficient. If any issues arise, they address them swiftly. They prioritize their customers and are truly the ONLY Chinese restaurant I know that is polite and genuinely listens to you over the phone without trying to rush you. (Unlike other places that put you on hold and take other orders, you won't experience that here!) I highly recommend it; I always order the egg Foo Young and the boneless buffalo chicken, both of which I really enjoy!"

"We had the biscuits and jam to start. The strawberry jam was great, and the peach and apple fig were good and not as sweet. I would have liked a sharper knife to cut the biscuits because the butter knife made a mess out of things. The kimchi Reuben was delicious and I would absolutely order it again. "This is my favorite location to visit. Service is always good, it’s spacious enough to feel like you’re not sitting on top of the next group, bathrooms are kept clean, and the wait has never been long the times I’ve visited. Food is bought out to the table when dinning in within 20 min (and that’s a wild guess if that long . I also like the kiosk for ordering so it gives room place your order and sort the menu at the same time. I usually order the garlic soy wings, they’re so good. Once I made a mistake and ordered them plain and they were still amazing without the sauce! Get the high ball you won’t be disappointed. It’s a tease of alcohol and soda for the tongue but don’t expect to get drunk (I mean it’s $3 come on! . Another great try is the egg and bacon fried rice. I didn’t think I’d like it but I do so on occasion I skip the truffle fries and go for it. Chicken tenders are grilled and then sauced which I like the grilled taste. I tried them in both soy garlic and the I can’t remember the flavor it’s new there but it’s along the lines of like a BBQ but do try it! So many great things on this menu I can go on for days but please go try for yourself. Order small, save money. The wings are a great size, not tiny pandemic chicken. I promise. "1st time won't be my last. We went right at 11am on a weekday. No wait. Food was hot and fresh just like the workers. Shared the kids chicken lo mein nice portion for a petite woman and 2 small kids. Just over $5 Had plenty carrots, broccoli, and chicken. Great flavor oily but that's typical lo mein for ya. Overall great experience and the workers were really nice and helpful."

We started with the SHUMAI as an appetizer; at just $4.99 for six pieces, they were absolutely delicious! For the entrée, my friend ordered the Singapore Noodles for $9.99, and she said it was amazing. I went for the BBQ Roast Duck for $10.75, swapping the white rice for veggie roasted rice without any additional charge—a lovely touch compared to what most restaurants do! The duck was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. They also offer bubble tea; I tried the Thai iced tea, which was very tasty! Overall, my guest experience was remarkable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place. I will definitely return when I shop at the mall! Just a heads up: the restaurant is located in the village near Shake Shack, not in the actual mall. The Bridgewater Mall website misleadingly indicates it's close to Macy's on Level 2, but that’s not correct!"
