"Their motto is: “Waffels are only pancakes with Abs.” I love it! The restaurant was a great place, the service was efficient and friendly, the prices were reasonable and the food was delicious. We had the standard chicken and waffles with agitator and coffee. But you can go wild. Capitol Waffle has a lot of creative choices (e.g. Captain Crunch, Berry, Chocolate syrup and whipped cream) so there is something for everyone. Capitol Waffle is centrally located near the Capitol and nearby hotels."
