"The Balmoral Resort offers a family-friendly atmosphere with clean facilities and outstanding amenities such as a large swimming pool, children's play area, and water slides. The bar and grill service was top-notch, providing delicious food and drinks for the whole family. Monica at the bar was fantastic, providing friendly and quick service. Genesis assisted us with our cabanas and first round of drinks, and was very kind. The staff overall was great, creating a wonderful experience for us."
