"I placed an order through DoorDash, but when the driver arrived at my house, half of my order was missing. I called the restaurant directly and informed them of the missing items. They acknowledged their mistake and apologized for forgetting to include the other half of my order due to a missing Greek dish. The manager, ZAK, offered to remake my entire order and allowed me to keep what had already been delivered. Additionally, he generously gave me extra items. The staff, including a helpful girl I spoke with, went above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service. The food was delicious and the team was incredibly kind and respectful.
