"The picture below is of my coffee and sandwich bought at the Starbucks on Causeway in Metairie, because it?s an impossible task at the Starbucks on Harrison, the only reason I went out for coffee is because of the loss of power on my street overnight. I watched five employees at Starbucks on Harrison in the dance of confusion, disorganization and chaos have almost 15 customers waiting and a line of inactivity of waiting customers to order. I gave up waiting to make an order after 10 minutes, drove to Causeway Starbucks in Metairie walked right in, ordered straight away and received what I ordered in less that five minutes. Same amount of staff, same amount of sitting customers. Focus Starbucks Harrison, don?t do your own thing! Well done Causeway!!! I again tried to use this store for a mobile order today, thinking that they could at least get that right. Monday 12th September. But of course after giving them 15 minutes to make the order after ordering it arrived to see a backlog of customers frustrated because the six baristas whom 3 out of the 6 were obliviously standing around. The guy doing the orders clearly all over the place fumbling and stumbling. After 20 minutes from ordering, I gave up and went home, it was quicker to drive home and make it there. I cannot believe this Starbucks venue cannot get their act together. Last week I ordered my coffee to have splenda in it, I arrived on three separate occasions, no splenda, so I suggested that maybe one person should go tot he supermarket opposite and buy a box until their splenda comes in. This venue is such a dreadful example of how a coffee shop should run."
