"At this location, my food was poisoned and the staff appears to do heavy drugs based upon scent and activities witnessed by this locations staff upon my family leaving. We just moved here from Kansas City where Papa John's was average quality, butconsistent with a non drug addict staff. Given the aweful and dangerous situation my family encountered tonight, I explore youto never go to this location! I have a beautiful 3 year old little girl and even if a knife was at my neck and/or a gun at myhead, I would take both the slit and shot before I even considered allowing our little angel a bite of what the staff here callsfood! I hope they all get help but care much more about my family!"

"We just placed an order and it was quick, fresh and easy. I did everything online and I was able to track the order as it was being prep-baked-made-ready it even had a spot to know that it was picked up. I really appreciate that because right now you just don't want to wait around the whole time wondering or asking. So that little thing is helpful, makes it very easier. I was able to order online very easy to do nothing to difficult at all. I don't know how I felt about the jalapeño poppers I ordered Im still trying to get better so it's hard to say. The pizza and crust were great I enjoyed how soft and delicious the pizza was definitely would go back and order from here again"

"Store 1279: I called at 10:38 to order a pizza from North Carolina for my husband who traveled through Laramie, Wyoming. I had the privilege of talking to Stephen a few minutes before the phone that was so friendly when I called to see if they were open. He was so cheerful and polite, even late at night. When I made the last call to place the order, Jesse answered and was absolutely delightful. He answered all my questions and made the order process a breeze. It was so nice to know that my husband was watching because I couldn't be there to make him dinner after his long day of travel. They delivered a delicious pizza to the hotel room of my hubby, including a hotel package to make sure that he would have plates and napkins and everything he needs. I can't say how happy I was with the service of both this gentleman!!! Thank you, Jesse and Stephen! Dad! John, these guys need an increase for outstanding service!"

"this place is impeccable. it is absolutely clean how to eat from the floors. I was greeted by the bath attendant who offered me extra pfefferminze free of charge. the personal is absolutely beautiful. there is a hired name robbie, he is a very statistical man, she was such a nice man. the manager grant and brandy and thomas and michael and john and the horror and tom and harry were all 27 the manager there were amazing. eating was amazing. they are amazing. everything was so delicious I can't wait to come back my whole family here, give them all their money"

"The food and service were exceptional. Everything was delivered exactly as promised, and the supplier even called us to let us know he had arrived with our pizza. It's the best gluten-free pizza I've had in a long time. My partner ordered a regular crust with pepper salad and sausage, and he says it was delicious—this is definitely going to be our new go-to pizza spot. The pizza sauce is not greasy or orange like many places that add oil to their sauce."

"Terrible, terrible, slow, service. Unfortunately we really enjoy the taste of Papa John's pizza and sauces, so believe it or not, we have adjusted our order time to about an hour and 1/2 before we think we will be hungry because that is how long they need to deliver. I don't know who runs this place, but I don't know how they're still in business. Here it is, 9:40 on Wednesday night and I still wait for my pizza I ordered at 19:00!!! Every time they are so late and they forget something (I usually order the cheese sauce NIE get it). So I get this stupid little attempt to ask forgiveness in the post... a free voucher. Well, now I have to be crazy because I'm trying to give them a chance because I like their product... but that's it. Dad! John, who runs your business in Aliquippa PA (which serves my city Hopewell PA), please reconsider your attitude decision and get some high-quality, customer-oriented employees so that the people living in the zip code of 15001 can enjoy your business."

"Vater John's has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. If they make a mistake with an order and you reach out to management, they will outright lie and claim they can't issue a refund. Instead, they direct you to call customer service, which will inform you that the local store is actually the only one that can process a refund. When you call back, they know they've been caught in a lie and try to twist the narrative. Ultimately, they refuse to give a refund and offer you a free pizza, but only if you pick it up yourself, despite the fact that you originally paid for delivery. They also tend to overlook items missing from your order, hoping you won't notice and instead charge you for the entire order. The pizza itself is just mediocre at best. I recommend ordering from here only if you want the absolute worst pizza experience on the planet."
