"we went up to the window to get ice. there were many employees in the kitchen, but they were all very slow, even to confirm our existential. two employees looked at me right, said nothing and kept on with their tasks. when we were finally served, the money was not very warm at all. I understand that they are busy, but if a hired person looks at them, they could at least acknowledge that they are there and say hello or welcome, maybe let the customers know they will be with them in a minute? it seems the customer service is a reflection with this restaurant. high prices for moderate icy, coupled with bad customer service. a winning combi! will not go back. for what it is worth, this is the second time in two different friendly 's places I had really bad customer service experiences. I'm not a karen. had not harassed anyone on the theke about the experience, ordered my ice, observed and noticed the lack of Luster experience."
