"The food came out luke warm. Great flavor but not hot enough. They were busy so I will take that as a good reason. Our waitress wouldn't even get one star. Amy was rude. We were sat at a table that actually rocked back and forth when we asked if she could do something about it she told us she didn't know. Fair enough then go ask someone else what can be done...didn't happen. I asked another waitress and she offered us to move to the next table which we did. We were eating and the people in the booth next to us left. Silverware were put on the table before it was wiped. Amy came over with her cloth and wiped around the silverware. I told another worker and he recleaned the table. Amy asked if we wanted more drinks my husband and I answered no but our friends were thinking about it she didn't give them a chance to answer and said again DRINKS!! When we paid I complained to the young man and he said ya sometimes she is in a bad mood Well then (Karen) I mean Amy you should stay home and not take it out on paying customers. Ok done venting...usually our experiences here are good ones. However today Amy happened!!!"

"The coffee was very flavorful and was made warm as I had requested. There was also a really tasty cinnamon biscuit (In the shape of a pretzel) that I ordered. It went really well with the coffee. Great place to stop by for a nice snack. Stopped by after a bike ride over the Brooklyn bridge. There were plenty of outdoor benches nearby for me to sit down and eat too. Great Café!"

"Consistently good food in the hot and cold bars. Pay by the weight and it's easy to get good food with lots of choices for a good price. It's also easy to get carried away and spend too much so be careful . The food tastes good though. Being able to get salmon and different meats with lots of vegetable and fruit choices is awesome. Also they have different food stations where you can get made to order sandwiches, sushi, ramen and salads. The cashiers are very nice too!"

"The service and the waitress was excellent. But the steak I had was not good. The french fries were good. My family didn't like the food that much neither. Is a good diner to eat hamburgers, fries, and breakfast. No steak. To be fair the onion rings were delicious and the garlic bread."

"We used to be here and we enjoyed it again today, food is always delicious. Unfortunately, our service was very unattended today. After 10 minutes we were not welcome or recognized. I wanted to get someone and I had to wait again. I gave it 4 stars because this is a first on the service aspect and we plan to go back, I hope only that they remember that people pay not only for food, but for service. Hopefully our next visit will be better."
